BANANA-MANIA is coming to Manchester's Opera House.
Bananas in Pyjamas are about to tread the boards in a new, full scale musical, promising an exciting and magical live stage version of the TV series.
It comes to Manchester after wowing packed houses in Australia and the UK.
The production features all of the characters from Cuddles Avenue, including The Teddies, Amy, Morgan and Lulu and the mischievous Rat-In-A-House, who all create hilarious mayhem in their inevitable style.
The new show has been written and composed by Simon Hopkinson and Chris Hariot, the award winning creative team from the successful TV series.
Claire Henderson, head of ABC children's TV, says that the new show offers children everything they could want in a musical.
"It has great music, a familiar storyline and lots and lots of laughter," Claire said.
"There is energy, humour, dancing and music ensuring everyone sits on the edge of their seats cheering their favourite characters along."
Bananas in Pyjamas hit's the Opera House on Sunday, September 1 at 1.30pm.
