SO Congleton Market is on the move again.
Why don't they put it in the town hall or where the tip caf car park is?
It was in the town hall in the 1930s, and would be dangerous in Bridge Street and Little Street.
I have seen places that have put the market in the main street.
It's not very good for prams and wheelchairs and small children.
They have done it at Newport on the Isle of Wight.
I was on holiday there, and had my toes broken with a pram.
A market should be put where you can walk round in pleasure, not watching out for prams.
Also you have to think about small children. Mums cannot watch them every minute and do the shopping.
Bridge Street and Little Street have things outside their shops, so I hope the council will put their thinking caps on again about the market.
