ARE you the Golborne good Samaritan who went that extra mile when a letter was delivered to the wrong address and ventured all the way to North Yorkshire to hand it to its rightful recipient?
The kindly courier, from Brook Street, Golborne turned up on the doorstep of Sharon Temple in Skipton and didn't even hang around for a thank you.
Sharon says: "I was so shocked that I let him stand in the rain and didn't even offer him a cup of tea. It wasn't until I closed my door and repeated what had happened to my partner, mum and great uncle that I realised what he had done for me. I am seven months' pregnant and had my two-year-old son shouting at me while this gentleman was standing at my door telling me, so I wasn't really concentrating and feel so awful now. I hope you can help me find him and thank him again." Are you the gentleman who delivered the letter? If you are, contact Guardian reporter Sarah Harker on 01925 434109.
