Good day sunshine!
DALLAM residents braved the bad weather on Saturday and enjoyed the sunshine on Sunday at the village's annual youth festival.
More than 600 people turned out for the fun and games over the bank holiday weekend, which were officially opened by deputy mayoress Clr Pauline Nelson.
Visitors enjoyed the barbecue, face painting and displays from Dance Perfection break dancers as well as helping to create the village's new mosaic jubilee clock.
One organiser said: "It was a fantastic day and even though it was raining on Saturday people still turned up to support the event.
"And when the sun came out on Sunday people really had a good time."
The festival is held each year to promote the positive image of youth and bring the people of Dallam together to enjoy themselves.
Plans are already under way to organise the 5th annual event next summer.
