TWO 10-darters were the highlights of the week in Warrington Summer Darts League.

Dave Evans was on form in 10 for Marquis as they stamped all over Imperial 7-2 in Friday Division One.

D. Frith did the same for Nelson Quarterdeck as they sunk Coach and Horses 7-2 in Monday League's Division Two.

Gas Social stung Penketh Cons 7-2 in Division One with Warren O'Neill being the leading light in 16 darts. J. Price's 13 had flattered to deceive for Penketh.

Hawthorne overcame Spa Brook 5-3 with Jimmy Brady shining in 16 darts.

Red Lion's Albert Peel stood out with his 16 darts finish in the 8-1 blitzing of Spa Brook B.

Smithys' K. Atkinson did well with a 14-darts round but it was not enough as Dog and Partridge fell 5-3.

The big guns were firing as Railway Latchford faced Marquis A.

Marquis edged it 5-4 with Steve Smith topping off the night with his 12 darts performance. He had good support from Eddie Pickering and M. Arnold, who both struck 13s. Railway Latchford's Ian Hall was best in reply with 16 darts.

Adelphi dropped points at Tetley despite K. Jones' 14-darter.

Poacher came out on top at Sacred Heart 5-4 with K. Shannon's 16 darts playing a big part.

Peter Riley inspired with his 15-dart success as King and Queen defeated Causeway 6-3.

In Friday Division One, New Alliance overhauled Gas Social 6-3. Bryan Hartley, 12 and Ronnie Cooke, 15, played starring roles.

Hawthorne's Jimmy Brady hit the high notes with 14 in their 6-3 defeat of Kings Club.

Richmonds' Dean Pindard, 12 and Kenny Cooke, 15, were the top men as Tetley lost 5-3.
