WOOLSTON Leisure Centre will host an explosion of championship kick boxing on Saturday night.
Nine Warrington fighters will be in action including Chris Cronin, Dave Leffler and Nathan Liptrot, who will all be competing for English titles. Cronin will take on Birmingham's Raf Hussein for the WAKO amateur super lightweight title, Leffler will fight Leeds' Ian Jones for the WAKO amateur super middleweight title and Liptrot will lock horns with Nick Shepherd, also from Leeds, for the WAKO amateur super heavyweight title.
Saturday's feast of fighting also boasts six Warrington Kick boxing Studio members making their debuts against fighters from all over the UK. They are featherweight Michael Barrington, welterweights John Glover and Gary Collins, light middleweight Ste Atherton, light heavyweight Phil Johnson and cruiserweight Alex Johnson.
The doors open at 7pm and the show starts at 7.30pm. There will be a licensed bar and Thai food available.
