St. Oswalds A closed the gap to one point with a 10-4 home victory over Grange A.
Brian Charnley, 21-1 and Frank Lawless, 21-,7 were GESM A's top winners in their storming 13-1 win against Hollins Park B.
Tetley A defeated Alford Hall A 8-6. Their most impressive performer was Martin Maxfield, 21-6. Brian Taylor replied with a 21-6 card.
Brooklands A enjoyed a 10-4 success against Farmers A. Skipper Mike Culleton took their sweep 21-11.
