KEEN cricketers in Glazebury - who have had a successful year both on and off the field - were bowled over by the success of a fun day.
The event, at the Chat Moss Hotel, raised £1,750 for Glazebury Cricket Club funds, and featured an array of games, stalls and raffles.
Earlier this year, the club received a £5,000 Awards for All lottery grant for new all-weather practice nets.
