A YOUNG magician from Grappenhall had the audience spellbound at a recent Pontins competition.
Scott Walker, of Ashley Close, won the contest at Prestatyn in a joint performance with Michael Entwhistle, from Bury.
The 12-year-old impressed the judges with fantastic card tricks and a magic routine, receiving a winner's medallion, certificate and baseball cap as his reward, plus an invitation to a special finals weekend in November.
