TORY leader Iain Duncan-Smith will be visiting Thorn Cross Young Offenders' Institute next week as part of his nationwide tour.
The opposition leader will be in town on Tuesday as he tours the country, visiting successful and innovative projects, such as those at Thorn Cross, to see whether they can be looked at for future policies.
