AN inquest has been opened into the death of man found in Sankey Brook, on September 27.
Police have identified the 31-year-old man as Paul Marley, but could not confirm his address, occupation or marital status.
A post mortem examination proved inconclusive and police are now awaiting the result of toxicology tests, which could take some months.
