THE first home game of the season allowed the Bulldogs to give debuts to Williams, Povey, Birchall and Grimes who all battled heroically in a very hard fought contest.
The Dragons scored first with a controversial tap penalty to lead 7-0 at the break.
Lang made a powerful centre field run before crashing over and calmly slotted the conversion to equalise.
The winning score and conversion came from Oliver as he sold an outrageous dummy to score.
All the new players were excellent and Jones, Pinder, Shuttleworth and Clare continue their excellent progress.
