POWER giant British Nuclear Fuels (BNFL) is steaming ahead with an exciting new corporate centre in Daresbury Park.

The high quality building will be sited at the main entrance and is set to open in March 2003.

The 40,000 sq ft office is the largest pre-let in Cheshire this year.

It marks the completion of 300,000 sq ft construction in phase one, creating 500 new jobs.

A £220m project - offering hundreds more employment opportunities - has recently been unveiled.

Buildings with glass exteriors, landscaping and water features promise to create one of the most upmarket business locations in the country.

Andy Lavin, director of Daresbury Park Developments Limited, said: "This BNFL letting reinforces Daresbury Park's success due to its strategic location.

"It's the only business park in the north west with immediate access to a motorway and planning consent for 1.6m sq ft in phase two.
