FITNESS has become more popular over the past decade as many of us dream of getting into shape.
For some this dream is out of our grasp. This is not, in most cases, due to the fact that we are physically unable. I believe everyone has the potential to become fit, whether it is at an average or exceptional level. The key element to getting fit (and staying there) is motivation. Physical fitness follows mental stamina not vice versa.
The problem with attaining fitness is probably getting started. Many people who try to become fit fail because they attempt too much at once. Fitness is NOT a race with anyone else; it is about competing with yourself to obtain your goals. If you are new to the gym you should start from the bottom, do not push yourself too hard because your body is not used to it.
Your best bet is asking someone (professional) about where to begin.
If you stay motivated and keep at it before you know it you will see the results and feel better for it.
