Mrs Margaret Hough died on August 16. She was 68.
Mrs Hough, of Winwick Road, Orford, was born in Warrington and had lived in the Orford locality most of her life.
After leaving school she gained employment at J Crosfield & Sons, and in her later years worked as an assistant at Walsh's fruit and vegetable stall on Warrington Market.
Mrs Hough enjoyed bingo, socialising at both St Alban's and St Benedict's Clubs, gardening and watching television.
She leaves a son and a brother.
A service was held on August 29 at St Benedict's RC Church, Orford, followed by interment at Fox Covert.
The Rev Father Tony Slingo officiated.
Arrangements were made by Co-operative Funeral Services, of Bewsey Road.
