Before my questions I would like to say that I have always thought that people are trying to tell me something but I'm to scared to listen to them and I force myself to wake up.

I have two questions with dreams:

1. My father died eight years ago and I have only dreamt of him three times - each time he is a ghost and wants to tell me something but I never get to know what.

2. One month ago I had a man sitting in the bottom of my garden who told me to sit down and he told me that I was going to die young and it would be a horrible death. This dream has affected me really badly.

Over the past couple of weeks I have felt like someone is watching me.

Then one night last week I woke up as I felt someone sitting next to me on the bed and I couldn't move. It felt like whoever was there had its face right in mine, I was screaming inside my head for it to go away and then it stopped.

This occurrence really scared me so much that I went to see a spiritualist and she said that I have to confront my fears as I have physic abilities and I should use them to my advantage, but I'd rather run a mile, can you give me any advice?

Lou, Durham

Dear Lou,

I have a spirit guide who is a nineteen year old Indian man, I have many conversations with him and my other guide which is a lady.

My main guide I would consider is my Indian because he gives me something which I feel that I missed out on, been a kid mainly.

While I am typing these e-mails people pop in, say things, show me things and let me sense things.

Myotto, my Indian guide, will imprint quite a lot of amusing thoughts into my head, which means at times I can come across as been very happy and positive person who can achieve a lot in life.

The reason why I am telling you this is life and dreams can be very negative. Dreams especially can dictate your life pattern - afraid to sleep in case you visit the negative world inside our heads, or to wake up to see something that could come across negative.

Your father was trying to say something to you - don't worry I'm here. The man on your bench in the garden was a dream made up from a negative from your mind.

The person, a man, I felt just got too close to you and because of this you recognise and sense his aura. Before he went around you unnoticed.

He is not negative he was helping you that night come back from a negative area of your mind, which we all have.

The spiritualist that gave you that advise may well be right ,but if you are that sensitive you should use your gift to your advantage, but helping others.
