ONE of the UK's top musical theatre companies returns to Hanley's Victoria Hall tomorrow night by popular demand.
Beyond the Barricade features the best of West End and Broadway shows and stars past principal performers from legendary musical Les Misrables.
Appearing on stage with their new show will be David Fawcett, Andy Reiss, Amanda Leigh Smith and Katie Leeming, all of whom have taken major roles in Les Misrables, both in London's West End and on tour.
David Fawcett and Andy Reiss both appeared in the Manchester and London casts of Les Misrables, David playing Jean Valjean, with Andy playing Enjolras.
Katie Leeming and Amanda Leigh Smith have also starred in the West End, with Katie in the principal role of 'Eponine' in Les Misrables and Amanda as 'Cosette', following a year on the national tour of the show.
Performing songs from Lion King, Phantom of the Opera, Chicago, Mamma Mia, The Beautiful Game, Miss Saigon, Blood Brothers, and a host of others, the show climaxes with a selection from, of course, Les Misrables.
The show has received critical acclaim, selling out at many venues on the tour.
