IN response to Clr Paul Kenny's comment that he is proud to raise the council tax almost £100 per year, proud of the hard choices labour has made, supporting the vulnerable and needy - proud is not the word I would use.
But will people be proud struggling to pay their mortgages, gas bills, electricity bills, water rates, car tax?
I am proud to be British and delight in helping our vulnerable. But not bogus asylum seekers who are costing us billions - they should be sent back immediately.
