THE by-election to fill a vacancy on Winwick Parish Council takes place today, Thursday.
Independent candidates Pam Barrow and Ian Chadwick are in the running, along with Liberal Democrat Mark Hooper.
The voting takes place at Winwick Leisure Centre, on Myddleton Lane.
