FRIDAY'S big Super League kick-off will see the launch of a new bus service to transport Saints fans from Sutton and the town-centre to Knowsley Road.
Three buses will run between Lea Green Station and Dunriding Lane before and after Saints' clash with Bradford Bulls, in a bid to reduce traffic congestion.
The scheme, supported by the police, Merseytravel and St Helens Council will run for all home games. Buses will set off from Lea Green Station at 6.50, 7.05 and 7.20pm stopping only at Bickerstaffe Street (Stand B9) in the town-centre, before carrying on to the ground. Return buses will leave the ground at 10pm, 10.10pm and 10.20pm.
