SLEEPY pupils at Sir Thomas Boteler CE High School raised cash for a homelessness charity when they volunteered to take part in a sponsored sleepover.
The year 11 youngsters raised £500 by spending the night at school, but because of the entertainment that was laid on to stop them from getting bored, they didn't get much sleep at all.
Activities planned for the evening included study, sports, games and videos, sponsored by Video City in Westy, to keep the pupils occupied.
Three-quarters of the funds raised went to the homeless charity Crisis, with the rest going towards the year 11 yearbook.
