The Liverpool Empire Theatre will host the return of the UK's most original 60's show The Solid Silver 60s Show next month.

Rocketed
The sixties were a phenomenally important time for British music and 1963 was an especially important year for The Searchers, who rocketed to fame with their number one, hit single Sweets for my Sweets and continued their success with other popular hits Needles and Pins, Sugar and Spice and When you walk in the Room.
Joining The Searchers is the spectacular Dave Dee, Dozy, Beaky, Mick and Tich, famous for hits such as Bend It, Save Me and Zabadak, and spending an exceptional total of 50 weeks in the UK singles chart in 1966.
Other performers include Wayne Fontana, responsible for worldwide chart hits Stop, Look and Listen/Um Um Um Um Um Um and The Game of Love. Wayne now tours with The Dakotas, who's Keyboard and back vocalists Toni Baker wrote the music to Peter Kay's highly successful TV series Phoenix Nights.
