FORMER Young Gate under 13s regained The Spring Trophy after an emphatic 3-1 victory over Blackbrook, taking the trophy to Sidac after an excellent first season as Sidac Under 14s with goals from Alex Hughes and Jamie Anderson (2).
Manager Alan Storey would like to thank all the players and parents for their effort, commitment and teamwork throughout the season and they look forward to bringing more silverware to Sidac for season 2003/04.
As part of their fund raising efforts for next season, they will be holding a car boot sale at Sidac on Saturday, June 28.
Other events like face painting and penalty shoot-out will be taking place, as well as a raffle for a signed Liverpool football.

Next season Sidac First team will be playing their football in the Mid-Cheshire Second Division.
From next season the Mid-Cheshire League has been expanded to include eight new teams and it is anticipated that the standard of teams and facilities will be of the highest order, training to start shortly.
