Preliminary results: First division Globe went two down against Division Two side Grange Park with good wins for N. Sparks and S. Dorning.

But Globe came back quickly with wins for R. Arnold and M. Davies to make it level at 2-2.

But then T. Hitchmough put Grange Park back on track with a good win against F. McIllroy. Park went on to win 7-2 with N. Sparks being the man of the match.

There were also wins for Prescot Reform (a) against Green Dragon, Nags Head against Grove, Parr Cons against Seven Stars, who never turned up. There were byes for BWMC, RXS, Swan, Prescot Reform (B)
