PATIENTS at Warrington Hospital's antenatal day care unit have received a boost from the League of Friends.
The volunteers have donated three television and video sets, as well as a selection of videos, to the unit.
The group works throughout the year to raise funds to help buy equipment for the hospital.
In 2002, £68,000 was collected, and volunteers are hoping to raise even more this year through the weekly lottery, trolley sales and book sales.
