POLICE are appealing for help in locating a man who they think can help them find out more about the sudden death of a woman in April.

The death is not being treated as suspicious, but police believe that the man could have an important part to play in helping them to prepare a coroner's file.

The man was believed to have been in the vicinity of Thurston Close, Hood Manor, between April 6 and 12, and they think that he may be a witness.

He is described as being a white man in his late teens to mid twenties, and between 5ft 10in and 6ft in height.

He is thin and gangly in build, with tidy, sandy or brown hair that is thick at the back. He was wearing brown leather trousers with chains on them in the punk style and a loose-fitting grey jumper or sweatshirt.

If you are this man, or you think that you may know him, you are asked to contact DC Andy Cribben at Warrington CID on 01244 613835.
