CAMPAIGNERS in Warrington will be taking part in a lobby of MP Helen Southworth this month as part of a massive national event to promote trade justice for poorer countries.
The Warrington South MP will be at the Fair 4 All stall in Warrington Market on Friday, June 27, at noon.
Meanwhile, petitions are being collected at churches across town and at the stall itself and already around 100 people have signed their names in support of fair trade work.
This summer campaigners are aiming to ensure MPs and decision-makers all over the UK receive as many letters as possible calling for trade justice as the next big meeting of the World Trade Organisation in September approaches
