MAYOR Clr Pauline Nelson and consort David Spencer will get a musical visit from Cor Thuamhumhan children's choir tomorrow, Friday, writes Stephen Astall.
The choir consists of 80 children, mostly 12-year-olds, from 14 schools in and around Limerick City, Ireland, and its motto is 'Ceol agus Cairdeas' which means music and friendship.
The Cor Thuamhumhan choir pronounced Kore hoo-voon, sing folksongs, spirituals, ballads, operatic and national songs as part of their repertoire.
The choir often perform for their parents and friends in choral evenings and have been known to host several services throughout the year at the University of Limerick.
