"ONE for all and all for one, Muskehounds are always ready...." The first nine episodes of this, the cream of children's TV, have finally been released on DVD, following young Dogtanian's adventures as he travels to Paris to become a Muskehounds.
Anyone who was a child growing up in the 80s will remember this timeless series, and I defy any cartoon maker to produce a better theme tune to their work than this one (though Willy Fogg came pretty close).
Special features include the song words, plus character profiles on each of the animals, such as what breed they are and what part they play in this unbeatable adaption of Alexandre Dumas' novel.
An absolute classic - they don't make kids TV like this anymore.
