POLICE will be closing Lumb Brook Road, New Lane and Grappenhall Lane to pave the way for the bawming of the thorn ceremony in Appleton next weekend.
The enforcement applies between noon and 2pm, on Saturday, June 21, and prevents any vehicle, including bicycles, from travelling on these roads.
