PLANS to extend Ikea's store at Gemini Retail Park and improve its parking facilities have been withdrawn.
The proposals included plans to expand the 15-year-old store, on Europa Boulevard, by 7,500 square metres along its south and west boundaries, and to create an additional 355 parking spaces.
l A planning application to extend Arnold Clark Automobiles Ltd on Gemini Retail Park has been submitted to the borough council.
The proposals include an extension of parking and display areas, which would mean an additional 91 car parking spaces.
