GYCA'S Andy Carmen was in devastating form in the Grappenhall Darts League Individual Cup.
He blasted his way to victory to make up for losing in the final of last season's competition.
Steve Tatlock, of Golden Lion, provided the opposition in this week's final.
He cracked in a 21-darter but lost 3-1 due to 20, 10 and 24-dart wins by Carmen.
The GYCA player was equally impressive at the semi-finals stage.
He defeated Pickering Arms star Neil Earnshaw with 18 and 17-darters after firing in 15 and 12-dart victories against Golden Lion ace Dave Williams in the quarter-finals.
Tatlock reached the final on the back of a 2-1 semi-final success against GYCA player Ron Broadbent.
