CBI chief Digby Jones - regarded as the voice of business - will be sharing his vast experience with Guardian business award winners.
He has found time in his busy schedule to be guest speaker at the Hanover International Hotel ceremony next Thursday.
The 48-year-old has an unrivalled profile in UK business and enterprise and can offer unprecedented insights into how the town's finest business minds can reach their full potential.
Digby will join delegates for the welcome and introductions by compere Mark Jones at the start of the proceedings, around 8pm, before a sumptuous three-course dinner is served, courtesy of the Hanover's renowned chefs.
Following a brief intermission Digby will take to the floor for an expected half-hour stint, getting the assembled audience into the mood for the main awards presentations, which will follow just after 10pm.
