PLANS for a temporary office at Bent's Garden Centre in Glazebury look set to be approved - much to the chagrin of nearby residents.
Neighbours say that the facility, to provide a canteen, toilets and office, would only add to their disturbance, with functions already taking place until 11pm and 11.30pm. Parish councillors are also sceptical that the development would be temporary, given the history of Bent's recent expansion.
An ongoing row exists over the continued use of the northern access for entry and exit to the site. Councillors were set to meet last night, Wednesday, to determine the application.
