THE beautiful parkland of Tatton Park promises to become a boogie wonderland on Sunday, June 15 as the Sounds of the '70s concert with fireworks comes to Knutsford.

Capital Voices and The Performing Arts Symphony Orchestra (PASO), conducted by Roderick Dunk, bring the best of the 70s sounds of pure nostalgia to the stunning grounds of Tatton Park.

Throughout the night, guests will hear music from some of the most successful groups of that decade including Abba, The Carpenters, Neil Diamond, Stevie Wonder, Barry Manilow and Queen.

So people are being invited to don their flares and glitter and strut their stuff on the grassy dance floor for a night of musical glamour.

The evening concludes with a firework finale choreographed to Bohemian Rhapsody, promising the transformation of Tatton Park into a 'boogie wonderland'.

Bring along a picnic and bubbly, select your favourite spot in the grounds of Tatton Park and soak up the fantastic atmosphere.

Tickets in advance are priced £20.50 for adults and £12 for children.

Tickets on the day cost £24.50 for adults and £16 for children.

Gates open at 6pm and the concert starts at 8pm, ending at 10.30pm.
