Mrs Edith May Potts, wife of Mr William Potts, died on May 23 of a stroke. She was 82.
Mrs Potts, of Barley Road, Grappenhall, lived in Warrington all her life.
She was a keen artist, having won prizes, and loved gardening.
Mrs Potts leaves her husband, seven children, 16 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was pre-deceased by two children in infancy.
A service was held on May 30 at Thelwall Parish Church, followed by interment in the churchyard.
