DRIVERS are banned from parking on a busy Stretton road into the BUPA North Cheshire Hospital and nearby farmland. Vehicles can no longer park on Fir Tree Close, and an access road between Tarporley Road and Fir Tree Close, after a traffic survey highlighted problems.
