GENEROUS young people were singing all the right notes in Burtonwood last weekend during two events aimed at raising money for charity.
The Christmas concerts, held on Friday and Saturday in St Michael's Church hall, involved youngsters dressing up in Santa and angel costumes to perform festive favourites.
A total of £1,200 was raised, of which £350 was donated anonymously, and the money will be divided between the Chernobyl Children's Lifeline and church funds.
