BEECHWOOD got back to winning ways but had to dig deep to do so after conceding two early goals against a lacklustre Matthiola.
The shock of going behind early on stirred Beechwood who responded through Mike Haslin finishing neatly from 10 yards to go in 2-1 down at the break.
Haslin soon grabbed his second of the game minutes into the second half racing clear of the home defence to slot home.
Matthiola battled away and took the lead again after a defensive mistake from Porter. Beechwood raised their game and Mike Adams scored a quick fire hat trick in 15 minutes to settle the game once and for all.
