EVERY time I pass the new skateboard facility in Victoria Park I am amazed how well used it is.
Well done to Labour on its initiative. I didn't think it would be so popular. I read in the local papers recently that Marie Rimmer, the Leader of the Labour Council, wants to put more money into youth activity. If it occupies our young people in a healthy way it will be money well spent.
Having provided one why not another skateboard facility in another part of the town? Come on Labour councillors, it could save you a lot of money on vandalism.
