WARRINGTON Soccer League's under 18s representative side aim to win a second trophy on April 27.
The Ben Jones inspired team defeated South Lancashire League 5-3 in this week's Lancashire County Inter-League final and are in confident mood for the Liverpool County final against Liverpool Combination at the Walton Avenue Complex in 12 days' time, kick-off 7pm.
Under strength Warrington got off to the worst possible start in this week's final when South Lancashire were gifted three goals in the opening 23 minutes, all through poor defensive play.
But Jones, of Fife Rangers, scored from a narrow angle then shortly before half-time he netted again with a tremendous shot.
Thirty minutes into the second half Jones took on the defence and after a fine solo run hit the back of the net and soon after put Warrington in the lead for the first time with his fourth strike.
Warrington concluded the scoring via David Moorhead, of Halebank.
