DAMIAN Burke was last year's winner of the Business Person of the year award in the Warrington Guardian sponsored business awards.
The award is handed out to the individual whose dynamic approach to business has moved their company forward.
Damian, who has been with Dawson's Music for the past 13 years, he started with the company as a sales representative and has worked up the ladder to managing director.
Speaking about last year's victory Damian said: "We initially entered the training and development section through Business Link as we were the first music company to be awarded Investors in People status.
"It was one of those moments where somebody's talking and then all of a sudden you realise they are talking about you. It was a real shock."
