Mr Albert Boswell, husband of Mrs Joyce Boswell, died of coronary heart disease on March 2. He was 69.
Mr Boswell, of Broadhurst Avenue, Culcheth, and formerly of Birchwood, was born in South Wales.
Mr Boswell was clever with his hands, trained greyhounds, loved horses, and was very family orientated. He leaves his wife, three daughters and grandchildren.
A service was held at Newchurch Parish Church, followed by interment at Newchurch Cemetery. The Rev Chris Stanford officiated.
Arrangements were made by Knox & Son.
