The company's name will appear on all first and reserve team shirts thanks to a deal that could see Witton benefiting from a five-figure sum.
The deal is linked to performance both on and off the pitch with Witton's fortunes and the company's performance being taken into account.
Witton commercial director Mark Harris said: "Like more and more club sponsorships, this one is linked to incentives so the more our supporters take advantage of Len's company's services, the more the club benefits financially too.
"Under the terms of the deal, the amount of sponsorship we receive each season increases if we secure promotion; it also works the other way should we get relegated."
Len Cooke added: "We're proud to be associated with Witton Albion and their supporters and view the relationship as a long-term commitment on both sides."
The club will also retain sponsorship from Bank of Scotland which will give its backing to a five-a-side tournament next season.
