Mr James Fletcher, husband of Mrs Susan Fletcher, died of a heart attack on February 14. He was 48.
Mr Fletcher, of Keswick Avenue, Orford, lived in Warrington all his life.
He was employed as a quality controller at Carrington Wire for 29 years.
Mr Fletcher enjoyed holidays in Greece, 10-pin bowling, pub quizzes, DIY and working with computers.
He leaves his wife, a son, two daughters, a sister and his mother.
A service was held on February 20 at Walton Lea, followed by cremation. The Rev Michael Raynor officiated.
Donations were sent to the British Heart Foundation.
Arrangements were made by Knox & Son.
