Their nearest challengers, Crows, beat Eagles 1-0 but then lost 2-0 to Falcons.
Kestrels then beat Eagles 3-0 to clinch the championship.
Rangers are the new leaders in group two.
They beat a depleted Borough 4-0 and then beat County 1-0.
Borough then beat United 1-0 to close the gap between them and Rangers to two points. With County losing against Rovers 1-0, this let United move up to third, six points off the leaders and County dropped to fourth.
Last week's leaders in group three, Lazio, lost both their games, 2-0 to Munich and then 4-0 to Paris and Munich and Paris drew 1-1.
