Anything for our most senior citizens, it would seem, but the freedom to spend what little extra the Government deigns to grant them as they themselves may wish. Yet, at 18, today's 'baby-bonders' will have the proceeds of £500 to dispose of at will.
How can we hope to build a truly inclusive society when scant respect is shown to experience and maturity of judgement in determining its own needs and desires?
