THEY were hardly the most desirable of dwellings, but the old flats which once stood on St Thomas' Square, St Helens, still conjure up sentimental memories for reader Andrew Leyland.
Thus his odd request for help from our readers. He's seeking any pictures of the flats where his beloved aunt, who died last year, used to live before moving to Rhyl when Andrew was a child. "I can just about remember the flats being up and would like to see them again in any photographs", he says.
