WARRINGTON'S junior representative Rugby League teams enjoyed a successful weekend against Oldham Service Area.

Three victories and a draw were achieved which means that morale is high heading into the final matches on Saturday.

Warrington under 12s and under 13s will be playing at Wilderspool against Salford Service Area, kick-offs 10.30am and 11.30am respectively.

Warrington under 14s and under 15s will be travelling up the M62 for their first fixtures against Wakefield Service Area with matches scheduled to kick-off at 12.30pm and 1.30pm.

TOTAL commitment paved the way for some sparkling rugby.

Warrington, led superbly up front by Crowley, opened the scoring when L Johnson capitalised on a superb kick from J Burke. Fine forward play resulted in J Hewitt barging over and a G O'Brien penalty made the half-time score 10-0.

A slight slip of concentration then led to Oldham scooting over but from a quick play-the-ball J Mckie darted over for Warrington.

Oldham hit back with a well taken try but J Crowley was rewarded for his outstanding effort when he barged over between the sticks.

IN the last play of the game, Joe Mellor hacked on a A Cornelia kick and won the race to touch down.

R Taylor's conversion ensured that the contest ended in a draw.

The excitement of the Warrington comeback contrasted markedly with the preceding lacklustre effort which allowed a strong and determined Oldham outfit to lead 20-8 with only minutes remaining.

Oldham provided much stiffer opposition than expected and Warrington were indebted to tries by J Cowell-McQuillan, T Rigby and the strong running D Keenan.

WARRINGTON produced a solid performance to overcome Oldham.

Two first half tries from Sam Mitchell and Sam Driscoll pushed Warrington into an 8-0 lead.

Oldham battled back and reduced their arrears to 8-4 at the break.

Warrington scored again early in the second half when Danny Taylor powered his way over and Danny Brown added the conversion.

Oldham would not lie down but Warrington sealed their first win with tries by Andy Dixon and Sam Driscoll.

Danny Brown converted them both. He was outstanding throughout as were Liam Bate, Mark Smith, Danny Martin and Andy.

WARRINGTON extending their unbeaten record to three matches.

The tone of the match was set when a try was scored from the first set. Anthony Kelly kicked a superb bomb and Ste Moorcroft plucked the ball out of the air to score.

Matty Blythe broke through after some slick handling and scored in the corner before Oldham took advantage of a momentary lapse in Warrington's immaculate defence to score and make the half-time score 10-6.

Matty touched down after some imaginative play and Warrington sealed an impressive win with further scores from Anthony Rourke, Jono Smith, Ste Fisher and Nic Payton.
