A PUBLIC inquiry has been launched into Warrington Borough Council's decision to refuse a planning application to build 36 homes on Wigshaw Lane and Hob Hey Lane, Culcheth.
Anyone interested in making a representation or objection to the inquiry should write to The Planning Inspectorate, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6PN, by no later than Thursday, June 17.
